The Marina Hotel is a 500 bed state of art 5 star rated hotel complex managed by ALDAR properties. The hotel is built over the formula one race track. The project is expected to be completed and ready for business for the 2009 formula one Grand Prix.

The hotel project includes full MEP installation including electrical, HVAC and P&D services.
