Project brief:
With BK Gulfs inputs
from the early stages of the hotel project in design, engineering and installation
it was a strong option for the management of the Atlantis to appoint BK Gulf Facilities
Management as the preferred service provider for the Atlantis.
The contract comprises
the maintenance of all mechanical and electrical installations, civil works, finishes
and all advanced systems such as the BMS, lighting control, etc. Mobilization of
the project is in progress with a view of being fully operational by mid 2008, leading
to a total FM team of over 130 staff members.
