Project Brief

The Eastern Mangroves Development is located to the south east of Abu Dhabi, adjacent
to the Eastern Ring Road. It is a muiltiuse facility comprising of the Angsana Hotel
itself, 6 Luxury Apartment Blocks, Marina Apartment Blocks and Chandlery Apartment
Blocks. The project also features linked Promenade, Lighthouse, Gatehouse, Spa area
plus various Retail and Restaurant outlets. Serving the site are 4 localized substations, Gas Farm and dedicated Energy Centre for cooling including chillers and associated Cooling Towers. The MEP scope associated with the project includes the MV & LV Electrical installations including Small Power, Lighting, Security, CCTV and Access Control Installations, Mechanical A/C Systems generally comprising of AHU's, PCU's and DX systems, Mechanical Ventilation Systems, Steam Boiler Plant and system for Laundry Areas, BMS System, Integration Systems, Leak Detection for CHW piping, Fire Detection and Alarm. |
