Project Brief

Complete Design and Installation of all related MEP services for an 80 storey mixed use Office, Residential and Retail development situated at Dubai International Finance Centre.

The employer’s requirements being based upon the Design and Performance criteria of Foster and Partners signature building.

The building consists of Podium, Retail, Offices (Including shell and core), Penthouses and various 1 – 3 Bedroom apartments.
